3. No cookies, no tracking, local fonts

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing tools. Fonts are loaded locally from our server. The AI potential check stores your answers only temporarily in your browser (session storage) to add them to the enquiry form.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email or via the AI Scan form, we process your details to handle your request. The form is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to our own web server and forwarded from there to our mailbox by email; no external form services are used. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for companies in Bavaria the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
