How much does an AI project cost?
It depends on the use case, data and systems. With the free AI Scan you first receive a written assessment. A concrete proposal follows only if you want one – no costs arise before that.
Can AI be GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We use EU hosting, data processing agreements, data minimisation and clear access rights.
How quickly will we see results?
A clearly defined pilot is usually productive within a few weeks. We measure impact from day one.
Do we have to change our software?
No. We connect AI to your existing systems, such as ERP, CRM, email or Microsoft 365.
Do you only work in Munich?
We are based in Munich and work for companies across Germany. The AI Scan runs entirely in writing, via form and email.

How long does an AI assessment take?
Usually a few weeks, depending on how many areas we look at.
Do we need our own data first?
No. Part of the assessment is finding out which data exists and what is enough to start.
What happens after the assessment?
You decide. Many companies start right away with the recommended pilot; others implement it with their own team.
AI Agents & Process Automation
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent completes a task in several steps, such as reading data from an email, checking it in your ERP and creating an order.
Can an agent make mistakes?
Yes. That is why we build in checks and human approvals, log every action and start with clearly defined tasks.
Which systems can be connected?
Anything with an interface, for example ERP, CRM and ticketing systems, email and Microsoft 365. We check this in the free AI Scan.
AI Chatbots & Assistants
Does a chatbot have to disclose that it is AI?
Yes. Since 2 August 2026, Art. 50 AI Act requires that people can tell they are interacting with an AI system, unless that is obvious.
Does the chatbot make up answers?
We limit the chatbot to your approved content and have it cite sources. If it doesn't know, it refers to a person.
Can a chatbot be GDPR-compliant?
Yes, with EU hosting, a data processing agreement, data minimisation and a note in your privacy policy.
AI Knowledge Base (RAG)
What does RAG mean?
Retrieval-Augmented Generation: the AI first finds relevant passages in your documents and then formulates the answer based on them, with sources.
Can every employee see every document?
No. The knowledge base adopts your existing access rights.
Which sources can be connected?
For example SharePoint, network drives, Confluence, PDFs and wikis. We check this in the free AI Scan.
Intelligent Document Processing
Does it work with scans and photos?
Yes, as long as documents are legible. We test quality on your real sample documents.
What happens with errors?
Uncertain extractions are flagged and reviewed by your team. Corrections feed into improvement.
Which systems are supported?
Common ERP, DMS and accounting systems with an interface. We check your setup in the free AI Scan.
AI Training & AI Act Compliance
Is AI training mandatory?
Art. 4 AI Act has required companies that use AI to take measures for sufficient AI literacy since 2 February 2025. Training is the usual way to implement and evidence this.
Who is the training for?
Everyone who works with AI, from clerks to management, each at the right level.
Do you offer on-site training?
Yes, on site in Munich and the surrounding area, and online across Germany.
